CANCELATION POLICY

"You may cancel your contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd day which begins after the date the contract is signed by you."

"To cancel the contract, email or deliver a signed, dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice to UNIVERSOL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, by email at team@universolcc.com, before midnight on the 3rd day which begins after the date you have signed this contract stating I hereby cancel this transaction, (date) (purchasers signature)".

REFUND POLICY

Once the work for the initial document processing has been completed and after midnight of the the 3rd day of having signed the contract, no refund will be issued for the initial document processing fee. Client's automatic monthly service fee will only be refunded if clients cancels the agreement before midnight on the 3rd day after the billing was automatically processed.
